The area is very good and rather expensive, musicians, writers, lawyers and one member of the greek parliament live here. Houses around are limited in hight, due to the small distance to the ancient monuments. Hill - parks of Filopapou and Acropolis with its pedestrian streets are close, where is beautiful to walk or make jogging. The flat has a surface of 45 m2, a double bed, a single bed, freedge and electric kitchen, everything you need for cooking and an electric washing machine. There is central heating in winter and wireless Internet is available. We are looking for a nice, orderly and clean person to rent but also keep the house in good condition, not smoking, and the rent is usually adjusted accordingly. The 450 Euros are thought for the rent of one person (without taxes), you have to calculate extra about 60 Euros monthly (for normal use) for your electricity, water, heating and cleaning and maintaining of staircase and garden.
There is good connection with the metro in Fix and Petralona and to bus stations Trolley Nos 1, 5, 15, bus No 550 and to a lot or busses driving to the coast, but you can also walk to Syntagma through Acropolis - Plaka in 25 min and to Omonoia in 35 min.
The flat has 2 entrances, one from the main staircase and another independent from the street. The 1rst room is about 1.5 m. below ground level (which means no special view, but cool in summer and warm in winter) and the second room is about 1.5 m. above ground level, due to the slope of the ground, near the Filopapou hill.
